Summary
Nepal. Dr. Lewis Book and his daughter Sophie are on a climbing expedition when they see a group of Tibetan refugees fleeing Chinese soldiers. Over the objections of Lawson, the expedition leader, who is determined to ascend the mountain, Book and Amaris, a Chinese-Canadian filmmaker recording the expedition, go to help. When the surviving Tibetans are captured, Book and Amaris are taken away with them, Lawson continues his climb, and the fugitives are caught in a deadly pursuit. Some strong language, some descriptions of sex, and some descriptions of violence. c2010
