Summary
1987. The naked frozen body of a teenage girl is discovered during a blizzard by Sheriff Nathan Shellenberger and his sons Patrick and Rex. Later, Nathan and Dr. Quentin Reynolds destroy the girl's face, knowing who she is and fearing that either Patrick or Rex's best friend, 17-year-old Mitch Newquist, is her killer. Years later, Rex - now the sheriff - finds another blizzard victim
