- Before Lorne Rubis became a successful business leader and CEO, he began his career as a school teacher and coach who was profoundly honored by the gratitude of his students. Inspired by those rewarding relationships and opportunities to contribute to the success of others, Rubis purposefully set about to define a framework for the values he embraced: respect, accountability, and abundance.
